Nicole DeMoss is an associate on the Environment, Land Use & Natural Resources Team. She focuses her practice on environmental and toxic tort litigation, as well as regulatory compliance. Nicole also regularly conducts environmental due diligence and evaluates environmental liabilities in real estate and other corporate transactions.
Before joining Alston & Bird, Nicole clerked for the Honorable Timothy C. Batten, Sr., of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Nicole received her J.D. in 2014 from Stanford Law School, where she was an associate editor and member of the article selection committee for the Stanford Law & Policy Review.
While in law school, she also served as co-president of Stanford OUTlaw and as a member of the Stanford Community Law Clinic. In 2005, Nicole received her B.A. in government and foreign affairs from the University of Virginia.
