Aaron Chatenka is an attorney in the Port St. Lucie office of Steinger, Iscoe & Greene. Since being admitted to the Florida Bar in 2010, Aaron has devoted his practice to personal injury and insurance disputes throughout Florida in various tort and strict liability cases and has successfully litigated cases involving premises liability, automobile negligence, products liability, medical malpractice, and wrongful death.
Aaron currently handles all types of personal injury and wrongful death cases on behalf of plaintiffs, including automobile negligence, premises liability, medical malpractice, products liability, and dog bites.
Prior to joining Steinger, Iscoe & Greene, Aaron practiced as a criminal defense attorney for the State of Florida and a personal injury attorney representing plaintiffs in slip and fall, automotive, products liability, medical malpractice, and wrongful death cases, including successfully handling numerous cases through trial throughout the state of Florida. Aaron is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar.
Originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Aaron graduated from Marquette University and Thomas M. Cooley School of Law in Lansing, Michigan. While in Law School, Aaron received Certificates of Merit in Advanced Writing, Medical Malpractice, Law Office Management, and Criminal Procedure, while holding office as President of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board.
Aaron was also a five time Dean’s List recipient and member of Thomas M. Cooley’s National Negotiation Team. Thereafter, Aaron relocated to Florida, where he began fighting for the rights of Floridians in both criminal and civil matters. Aaron is also a member of both the Florida Bar and the St. Lucie County Bar Association.
