Aaron David Heller

Mr. Heller started his legal career as a law clerk to Honorable Ronald Sheffield, the Associate Justice of the Arkansas Supreme court. He is currently a partner at Owens, Mixon & Heller, and P.A.

Mr. Heller is a licensed attorney for the state courts of Arkansas and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western district of Arkansas. Mr. Heller has several years of experience in helping local businesses and families with legal needs in areas such as family law, estate planning and transactions and probate matters.

He also provides regular assistance to national and state creditors in issues of general litigation while serving advisory role in regulation compliance matters.

Mr. Heller serves in advisory roles to his clients on elder law matters such as Medicaid planning. He has also served twice as the Chairman of the Arkansas Bar Association’s Elder Law Section.
