
Aaron S. Farovitch focuses his practice on executive compensation and employee benefits. Mr. Farovitch advises clients in matters involving executive compensation and employee benefits, including compliance with the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 and other tax and securities laws.
Mr. Farovitch advises clients on compensation and employee benefits matters in connection with a wide variety of corporate transactions. In addition, he has designed and negotiated executive compensation arrangements.
Prior to joining Akin Gump, Mr. Farovitch was an associate at a prominent New York law firm. Mr. Farovitch received his J.D. in 2016 from Georgetown University Law Center and his B.S. magna cum laude in 2011 from Syracuse University. Prior to law school, he taught high school students as a Teach for America corps member.
