
Aaron M. Gillett is an associate in the Chicago office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. He is a member of the firm’s Corporate Department with experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law. Mr. Gillett represents clients in all legal aspects of their business — from start-up to sale.
He has experience structuring and negotiating M&A transactions, including both acquisitions and dispositions of businesses, as well as negotiating and drafting operating and shareholders agreements, private securities offerings, and other commercial contracts, including purchase agreements, service agreements, licensing agreements, and consulting agreements.
He has represented a range of clients across many industries, including technology, manufacturing, health care, restaurant and hospitality, food and beverage, and business and professional services. Mr. Gillett volunteers as a pro bono attorney for Chicago Volunteer Legal Services and JUF Community Legal Services.
