Aaron B. Prince is a partner in the New York office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where his practice focuses on a wide range of financing transactions. He represents lenders, arrangers, sponsors, borrowers, private equity funds, and equity investors in project finance, banking, acquisition finance, project development, structured finance, and general corporate transactions, primarily in the energy sector, including renewable energy (such as geothermal, refined coal, solar, and wind).
In addition, Aaron has experience advising clients on other asset-based and non-asset based financing transactions, including innovative transactions in the fintech space.
