Aaron Brogdon is a trial lawyer who focuses his practice on general and complex business litigation.
Aaron has experience litigating and advising clients on a wide range of matters, including products liability, intellectual property law, real property disputes, environmental issues, toxic torts, unfair competition, trade secret misappropriation, commercial contract disputes, business torts and healthcare regulatory issues.
Aaron has practiced in numerous federal and state courts and has represented clients in courtrooms, depositions and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
Aaron has also served as the chair of the Ohio Chapter of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society and participates in a variety of service activities through his local church congregation.
