Aaron Todd Hicks

Aaron Hicks is a personal injury trial attorney with Hicks Law Firm. In this role, Mr. Hicks advocates for clients who have been severely injured as a result of automobile and motorcycle accidents, product liabilities, and premises liabilities.

On a daily basis, Aaron can be found providing expert legal advice to our numerous clients. He helps them better understand the legal process, review their options, prepare for litigation, and understand the rights and compensations to which they are entitled.

Through this work, he has helped thousands of injured victims regain their quality of life by putting them on the road to recovery – including their physical, financial and emotional conditions.

With a diverse professional background ranging from working in criminal justice, to hospital and health care administration, to business management, Mr. Hicks’ brings a broad range of knowledge and understanding to his work as a personal injury attorney and litigator. He understands how the overall healthcare and insurance systems work, and is able to help others understand it too.

Mr. Hicks received his BA degree from University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 1999 and earned his JD at Thomas Jefferson School of Law, San Diego, in 2004. Though originally from Nashville, Tennessee, Mr. Hicks is happy as a Californian.
