
Aaron Wax is an associate in the corporate finance practice at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Aaron represents financial institutions, lenders, sponsors, borrowers, and issuers in leveraged finance, banking, capital markets, and other secured and unsecured lending transactions.
He focuses on the representation of borrowers and issuers in secured (first lien, second lien, and asset-backed) and unsecured single-lender, multi-lender, and syndicated credit facilities; acquisition financings; leveraged buyouts; bridge loans; high-yield bonds; refinancings and restructurings. Aaron also has extensive experience with cross-border multi-jurisdictional transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Aaron practiced law for five years in New York with Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP as an associate in the corporate department and a member of the finance group.
