Aashish Kapadia works on a range of intellectual property matters, focusing on patent litigation and prosecution. Mr. Kapadia’s technical background in electrical and computer engineering includes experience with microprocessors, software development, semiconductor fabrication, product development, and electronic instrumentation.
Mr. Kapadia has experience in patent litigation, including patent analysis, pleadings, pretrial discovery, and invalidity analysis. Mr. Kapadia also has experience in drafting and prosecuting patents in a variety of technologies including computer hardware, software, and telecommunications.
Prior to embarking on his legal career, Mr. Kapadia worked for five years as a product development engineer at Advanced Micro Devices in Austin, Texas, where he focused on system-level testing and product development of microprocessors.
