
Adam Colvin co-chairs the firm’s Healthcare Industry Group. Adam serves as outside counsel to hospitals, medical device companies and large physician groups.
Adam focuses his practice on regulatory, corporate and transactional matters in healthcare, including fraud and abuse issues, the Stark Law, joint ventures, hospital-physician affiliation and alignment, physician compensation, purchase and sale of physician practices, clinically integrated networks, accountable care organizations, co-management arrangements, employment and recruitment agreements, establishment of ambulatory surgery centers, imaging centers and other ancillary service providers, managed care contracting and general business matters.
