Adam Dennett is a corporate associate in the firm’s New York office. His practice focuses on the representation of public and private companies in connection with corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, security offerings, and general corporate law.
Adam is also a member of the firm’s hospitality, golf and resort practice group, where he assists with various hospitality transactions and strategic planning for hotel owners, developers, operators and lenders.
Prior to joining the firm, Adam gained experience working in the corporate legal departments of Delta Air Lines and Porsche Cars North America. While in law school, he was a recipient of the Rothfeder Family JD/MBA Scholarship, the Pro Bono Publico Award and the Dean’s Public Service Award. Adam was also a competitor and served on the executive board of the Moot Court Honor Society.
Adam earned his undergraduate degree from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration and his J.D. and MBA degrees from Emory University’s School of Law and Goizueta School of Business, respectively.
