Adam James Savin

Adam J. Savin is a litigation and trial lawyer. He is the co-Founder of the Savin & Bursk Law firm in Encino. The firm concentrates on complex and serious injury cases. 2017 was an amazing year for Mr. Savin as he fought and advocated for his clients and he ended the year with a colossal Los Angeles verdict in favor of his clients who was the victim of a chronic back pain after slipping and falling. He obtained a $7,200,000.00 dollar verdict, an outcome which was four times more than what they were offering his client.

Mr. Adam Savin started 2018 with a trial case on January 2, 2018. It was a stairway accident inflicting several surgeries for his client. An outrageous amount of $75k was offered by the insurance carrier. Some days into the trial, at the end of the week he earned a $5,000,000.00 settlement for his client.

Adam is strongly passionate about his profession. He enjoys the fact that he can represent his clients’ interest against the whimsical act of corporate giant trying to determine the worth ofan individual’s injuries and suffering.

Adam is a native of California. He was raised in the San Fernando Valley. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Cal State University Northridge in 2006. He obtained a Juris Doctorate from the Southwestern University School of Law on a solely Scale accelerated program in 2010.

At college and before law school, Adam was privileged to work for his parents, who are lawyers. This gave him the opportunity to draft cases and be involved in all areas of litigation and trial.

As a law student, Adam Savin did an interned at the Los Angeles Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board in Los Angeles under the direct monitoring of the Presiding Judge.
