Adam Moss is an associate in the Litigation Department. Mr. Moss, a Jamaican national, joined Debevoise in 2015. He received a J.D. in 2015 from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and president of the Columbia International Arbitration Association. He received an A.B., cum laude, from Harvard College in 2010.
- Tethyan Copper Company (jointly owned by Barrick Gold and Antofagasta Minerals) in parallel arbitrations arising from a copper-gold project against the Government of Balochistan under a contract and the Government of Pakistan under a bilateral investment treaty.
