Adam S. Polson is a partner in the Phoenix office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Professional Liability Practice. Mr. Polson routinely represents real estate agents and developers, insurance agents, lawyers, directors & officers, home inspectors, accountants, homeowners associations, architects, and other licensed professionals.
Mr. Polson also represents manufacturers in product liability disputes, and his practice also extends to general liability and construction matters. Mr. Polson was admitted to the Arizona Bar in 2003, and the United States District Court for the District of Arizona in 2004.
Mr. Polson received his B.A. from the University of Arizona, graduating magna cum laude in 1999. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law in 2003, where he was an editor with the Arizona State Law Journal and a Pedrick scholar. While attending the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, Mr. Polson served as an extern for the Honorable Lawrence O. Anderson of the United States District Court.
Mr. Polson is an AV rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell. He is also a Super Lawyers Rising Star for 2016 and 2017. Mr. Polson joined Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith in 2009. Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith, Mr. Polson practiced for six years in the areas of commercial and real estate litigation in Phoenix, Arizona.
