
Agnes N. Trenche Mora focuses her practice on corporate, securities, and regulatory matters for general corporate and financial institution clients. Prior to joining the firm, Agnes was a corporate associate in the New York City headquarters of an AmLaw 100 law firm where she worked on corporate matters including mergers, acquisitions, and capital market transactions.
While attending law school, Agnes served as a spring intern in the Queens District Attorney’s Office in Kew Gardens, New York, an intern in the Immigration Law Clinic Pilot Program at Morningside Heights Legal Services in New York City, and an intern in the Civil Division of the United States Attorney’s Office in Tampa, Florida.
Agnes’s native language is Spanish.
