Alain Kinaly was born in Royal Oak, Michigan and raised in Southern California. He attended the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) where he majored in English and received a minor in Political Science. During school Alain clerked at law firms in both Newport Beach and Beverly Hills.
Alain went on to work for a personal injury firm in Orange County. Several years later, Alain decided to go back to school to become an attorney.
Alain attended the Dale E. Fowler School of Law at Chapman University, where he received his Juris Doctorate with an emphasis in Client Advocacy and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
Upon passing the bar, Alain decided to parlay his experience into creating a law firm that emphasizes the individual above all – treating each client as a person and not merely as another case.
In his free time Alain enjoys playing soccer, participating in outdoor activities, and spending time with family and friends.

I don’t even know where to start. I found Mr.Kinaly on google, I had received some calls from an agent that I frankly had no idea how to answer. Mr.Kinaly from day one told me he would take care of everything and I never heard from the agent again. Mr.Kinaly, I believe went way over and beyond to get me what I wanted even what a lot of people might consider the impossible. I was adamant on getting an apology from the other party which is something they simply don’t just do. Well!!! I wish I could post a picture here because Mr.Kinaly not only got my son and I compensation, he also got me a written apology!! And that was way more than I had expected! He was always very professional, and I even felt at times he deserved more, way more than what his fee ended up being. He made my experience just perfect! So easy! Like I said I simply don’t have enough words to express how thankful and blessed I feel to have found him. If I ever need an attorney again he will without any hesitation be the one I turn to! I know I’ve told him many times but I cannot say it enough. THANK YOU SO MUCH MR.KINALY!!!
