A veteran corporate lawyer, Alan H. Aronson represents clients in public and private securities transactions, M&A, and venture capital transactions. He advises broker-dealers and investment advisors, and counsels on corporate governance and compliance matters.
He has served as lead corporate and securities counsel to NYSE, Nasdaq, and OTC companies, is a FINRA-trained dispute resolutions arbitrator, and is a frequent lecturer on securities and corporate topics.
Alan is the inaugural and past chair of The Dade County Bar Association’s Business Law Committee, a past chair of the Corporations, Securities and Financial Services Committee of the Florida Bar’s Business Law Section, and a past chair of The Florida Board of Bar Examiners.
