Alan H. Bowie, Jr. is an associate in Carmody’s Business Services and Litigation Groups and practices primarily in the area of Labor and Employment. Alan counsels and advises employers on compliance with the state and federal labor and employment laws. In addition, he defends employers in litigation matters before administrative agencies and federal and state courts.
During law school, Alan served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Juan R. Sanchez, Judge of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and judicial extern to the Honorable Mark A. Davis, Judge of the North Carolina Court of Appeals.
Alan was born and raised in New Haven and is an active member of the New Haven community, including board memberships and frequent participation on panels at local high schools.
