Alan specializes in complex civil and appellate litigation in state and federal courts and in arbitration forums. Applying a wide range of litigation experience in numerous trials, arbitrations and mediations throughout the US, Alan Dickey advises banks, corporations and foreign governments in large-scale, domestic and international litigation disputes.
He has counseled clients on matters involving commercial litigation, including actual or potential disputes involving international banking and financial matters; foreign sovereign immunity; personal jurisdiction; business torts; commercial contracts; fraud; admiralty and maritime commerce; commercial and residential construction; and commercial manufacturing contracts. Before his legal career he served in the US Marine Corps and participated in operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm.
