Alaura Perdzock focuses her practice on complex civil litigation matters, including commercial contracts, insurance coverage litigation, construction law disputes and various tort-based claims. Her work extends to both federal and state courts, as well as alternative dispute resolution forums.
While pursuing her law degree, Alaura served on the editorial board of the Virginia Journal of Social Policy & the Law. She also served as a summer law clerk at the U.S. Small Business Administration, Office of General Counsel, Office of Litigation, where she focused on fraud and abuse claims.
Alaura has provided pro bono assistance to a number of clients, including representing clients in consumer protection actions and providing legal assistance to individuals through the Homeless Experience Legal Protection (“HELP”) Clinic.
