Alex Castro assists clients in a variety of business litigation-related matters, but has spent a considerable amount of time fine-tuning his skills and knowledge of the United States Patent and Trademark Office with an emphasis on trademark prosecution and litigation.
Alex works through several different phases of the trademark cycle, ranging from trademark application to high stakes infringement litigation in many areas, including retail, apparel, and hotel industries.
Alex attended the University of California, Merced and Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. During law school, Alex was involved in a Fashion Law Clinic and assisted up-and-coming small business in various aspects of business formation, including filling LLCs and intellectual property protection.
Alex is a native Spanish speaker and has assisted many clients in solving their legal issues nationally and abroad.
