Alex S. Devine is an associate in the Austin office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he specializes in corporate and securities law. Alex’s practice primarily focuses on the representation of technology and emerging growth companies, venture capital firms, and investment banks in matters such as entity formation, corporate governance counseling, private equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and SEC compliance.
Prior to joining the firm, Alex was a clerk for the Honorable Priscilla R. Owen of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Before attending law school, Alex worked in Sydney, Australia, in the marketing department of an international law firm.
