Alex M. Dzioba is an experienced lawyer who focuses his practice on corporate matters such as capital markets, banking and other financial transactions. He represents underwriters and issuers in various securities offerings and has advised clients on a variety of capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings. Mr. Dzioba also represents lenders and borrowers in various bank financings.
Before joining WilmerHale, Mr. Dzioba was an associate at another law firm and legal secondee at a financial institution in New York, where he worked on a variety of capital markets and banking transaction matters.
Previously, he worked as a legal intern for the Brevard County Attorney’s Office in Melbourne, Florida, where he researched eminent domain, breach of contract and public disclosure issues, among others.
