Alex Rahm joined the firm in 2006 and serves as its Department Operating Officer (DOO) for the Corporate, Finance and Real Estate (CFRE) Department. He is responsible for all strategic and operational aspects for the CFRE Department. This includes managing operational effectiveness, revenue growth and profit maximization, overseeing business development efforts and client satisfaction, and monitoring the effectiveness of the department’s hiring, training, and retention of talent. Alex also serves on various firm committees, leads and participates in special projects for the Firm Chair, the Executive Committee, and the Chief Operating Officer. Alex also assists with the management of the firm’s international offices.
Alex began his career at Arthur Anderson. He left Arthur Anderson to lead the leverage buyout of a semiconductor manufacturing company where he also served as its Chief Executive Officer. Immediately prior to joining Kilpatrick Townsend, Alex was a Senior Manager in Accenture’s Finance and Performance Management Group.
