Alexander G. Osevala

Alexander Osevala represents a broad range of companies in complex commercial transportation, product liability, premises liability, and commercial litigation matters in courts across Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

He also has extensive experience in construction defect litigation, where he defends property owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, and material suppliers against high-exposure claims.

Alex has handled all phases of litigation in state and federal court through discovery, arbitration, trial preparation, and appeal.
