Alexander McSwain joined The Carlson Law Firm team in February 2018. He holds an undergraduate degree from Auburn University in History and Philosophy and graduated from Cumberland School of Law in 2015 as a Merit Scholar and on the Dean’s List. Alexander is licensed in both Alabama and Texas.
Alexander practices civil law cases. In addition to maritime law and mass torts, he has experience in working on cancer exposure claims. Alexander came to The Carlson Law Firm to pursue his passion for helping people in difficult situations move forward with their lives. He considers using his skills to assist new clients is one of his greatest joys in practicing law.
Alexander is a Member of the State Bar of Texas Insurance Section.
When he’s not assisting clients, he enjoys sailing and volunteering at ultra-marathons with his wife Heather. He was raised Okaloosa County, Florida. He currently resides in Belton, Texas.
