Alexander (A.J.) Sokoloff’s practice focuses on complex real estate related transactions, including the representation of banks, REITs, debt and private equity funds, and developers in connection with mortgage, mezzanine, A/B and syndicated financings, real property acquisitions, dispositions, and leases.
He has experience drafting, revising, and negotiating loan documents, intercreditor agreements, co-lender agreements, participation agreements, purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, and leases.
A.J. also represents bond investors in the acquisition and disposition of GNMA and FNMA securities, including the table-funding of underlying FHA loans.
