Alexander G. Staffieri is a Member of Stoll Keenon Ogden’s Louisville office and has been with the firm since 2011. A versatile attorney with substantial expertise in business and finance law, Alex contributes to multiple practice groups and handles complex business transactions.
Alex represents national, regional and community banks, along with strategic investors and borrowers. He also counsels the Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority, providing documentation for many of the Authority’s financial incentive programs.
Corporate Finance & Lending: For financial institutions, Alex provides representation on a full spectrum of credit transactions, including commercial and industrial lending, commercial real estate lending, asset-based lending, structured finance and workout arrangements.
Real Estate: Alex represents corporate clients in connection with the acquisition, sale and financing of real estate and developments throughout the region. He serves as counsel to developers, participants and lenders in this arena.
Business Services: Alex assists corporate clients with a wide variety of transactional matters that are necessary for succeeding in a complicated marketplace. He works with companies in documenting and finalizing multimillion-dollar contract deals and he supports multigenerational families in business succession planning.
Mergers & Acquisitions: Financial negotiations are the underpinning of the sale of a business, and Alex brings his experience to the table to make the process as smooth as possible for clients. He represents clients in a variety of industries, ranging from hospitality to technology.
Securities & Corporate Governance: Alex regularly represents clients both small and large to help them navigate complexities associated with corporate governance, securities issuance and compliance, and regulatory matters.
