Alexandra Katich is an associate in the Denver office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Corporate, Real Estate, Land Use & Environment, Banking & Finance, and Intellectual Property & Technology Practices. Ms. Katich advises private and public clients of all sizes in a wide array of matters, from corporate and real estate transactions to intellectual property license agreements.
Ms. Katich’s diverse experience includes advising purchasers and sellers in various mergers and acquisitions; representing leading national land developers and home builders in real property transactions; representing financial institutions in high dollar financial transactions; advising start-ups and small businesses to navigate a wide array of legal issues; representing landlords and tenants in commercial and residential leases; and advising a billion dollar brand in licensing deals with international media and entertainment conglomerates, such as The Walt Disney Company and Warner Bros. Entertainment.
A Denver native, Ms. Katich began her legal career at a Denver-based law firm before serving as in-house Corporate Counsel to a world leader in innovative footwear headquartered in Niwot, Colorado. Ms. Katich also clerked at the Madison Square Garden Company while in law school.
