
Alexandra B. Lavin is a senior associate who focuses her practice on securities litigation and enforcement matters. She rejoined the firm following a clerkship with the Honorable Indira Talwani of the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
Ms. Lavin has experience representing large financial services companies in litigation and investigations brought by both federal and state agencies, including the SEC and DOJ. She has also represented numerous financial services and life sciences companies and their officers and directors against breach of fiduciary duty claims and securities fraud allegations, including in class actions, derivative litigation, false claims act actions, and mergers and acquisitions disputes.
Ms. Lavin maintains an active pro bono practice, focused primarily on prisoner advocacy litigation.
