She provides general counsel on issues related to advertising, trademark, content review, and copyright while handling the enforcement and management of worldwide intellectual property portfolios.

Attorney Nicholson has served as the Chair of the Harvard Schools Committee of New York. She is a member of the Intellectual Property Section of both the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association. She is also a member of the International Trademarks Association and the Copyright Society of the United States.
She has been an active member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and has served on its Entertainment Law and Copyright & Literary Property committees. She completed BA magna cum laude in History and Fine Arts from the Harvard College in 1984. She later went on to obtain her JD from the New York University School of Law in 1987.
