Alexandria J. Reyes guides clients through the often-complicated maze of business litigation, while always remaining mindful of clients’ business needs and litigation goals. She has experience in contract disputes, products liability defense, financial litigation, class action lawsuits, and other complex business litigation.
Alex is also part of the firm’s Health Care Litigation Group, which represents various health care plans in multi-million dollar litigation with providers involving claims improper billing, breach of contract, and fraud.
Prior to joining Robins Kaplan, Alex was an attorney at an international law firm in Atlanta, where she represented business clients in a variety of industries and provided advice on compliance-related issues in the financial sector.
Alex has practiced in state and federal courts throughout the country, including state courts in Minnesota, Georgia, California, the District of Columbia, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, and Texas, and federal courts in Minnesota, Georgia, Colorado, Connecticut, Louisiana, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Texas, and West Virginia.
As a Twin Cities native, Alex is deeply committed to her community. She is a co-organizer of the Philando Castile Memorial Scholarship through the St. Paul Central High School Foundation, and is a board member of the Foundation. She also sits on the Executive Committee of the Alumni Council for her alma mater, Wake Forest University, and is president of the local Wake Forest alumni club, Wake Minneapolis.
