Alexis Cady Oles began practicing law in Florida in 2005 after graduating Cum Laude from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center. She was a Senior Staff Member on Law Review and was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society.
During her 12 years of practice, her main focus was on Insurance Defense and specifically litigation. She has worked in many areas of the law including medical malpractice defense, personal injury, nursing home, negligent security, premises liability, automobile and trucking claims, and first party property disputes.
She has experience with mediation and trial and has practiced in both State and Federal Courts in Florida. She was an active member of the Jacksonville Women Lawyers Association acting as Vice President for several years and volunteered at the local Humane Society.
Her husband has spent approximately 17 years in the United States Navy. His Navy career has brought her to Anacortes and she is happy to be in this beautiful part of the Country. She has recently become a licensed attorney in Washington and has long term plans to remain here, locally.
