Alexis Hawley is a senior associate in Baker McKenzie’s Employment and Compensation Practice. She has extensive experience litigating disputes arising out of various state and federal employment laws and counseling clients on domestic and international employment law matters.

Alexis represents management in employment disputes before state and federal courts, administrative agencies and other tribunals throughout the United States in single-plaintiff, multi-plaintiff and class action lawsuits.

Alexis regularly defends employers in actions brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), and Illinois Human Rights Act (IHRA).
