Alisha F. Gibson focuses her practice on corporate law. Her practice areas include a broad range of general corporate transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate formation and governance, joint ventures and strategic alliances, and private equity transactions with a primary focus in the telecommunications, technology and energy industries. Her practice includes representation of the world’s largest telecommunications holding company in domestic and international mergers and acquisitions and other business transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Gibson worked as an associate in the Atlanta, Georgia office of an international law firm in its corporate practice.
During law school, Ms. Gibson served as Senior Editor of the Alabama Law Review.
