Alison M. Agnew advises clients facing litigation across a range of industries and throughout all phases of litigation. She regularly drafts pleadings, motions, and briefs, as well as discovery requests and responses.
Alison represents clients in civil and criminal investigations brought by the United States Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission, and other regulatory bodies. Alison also defends companies in fraud investigations and qui tam lawsuits, particularly False Claims Act matters.
As a summer associate at Drinker Biddle, she worked on various litigation, regulatory, intellectual property, and health care issues and also assisted in drafting appeal letters to regulatory agencies.
While in law school, Alison interned at the Office of the Federal Public Defender for the Eastern District of Virginia and served as a law clerk in the Boston College Innocence Project.
