Alison V. Lippa’s practice focuses on complex commercial and financial services litigation, as well as disputes involving bankruptcy, the defense of insurance, federal lending and banking statutes and regulations, including the federal Truth-in Lending Act (TILA), Home Ownership and Equity Protection Act (HOEPA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), and Home Owners Loan Act (HOLA).
She also has extensive experience handling commercial insurance coverage and risk management issues and disputes. While earning her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center, Alison served as a judicial extern for the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
