Alison Quine is an experienced workers’ compensation litigator who defends self-insured employers, third party administrators, and insurance carriers against workers’ compensation claims.
Alison’s broad background in workers’ compensation litigation includes working as a staff attorney for New York’s Special Funds Conservation Committee and as a staff attorney for a large utility company, where she developed and implemented the legal strategy for administering and litigating its self-insured workers’ compensation claims.
She also served on the company Pro Bono Committee, and advised multiple nonprofits on employment law and contract issues.
Alison is a graduate of New York Law School, where she was deeply involved in moot court competitions and associations. She was also a member of the Order of the Barristers, a national honorary organization that encourages oral advocacy and the development of brief-writing skills.
