Allan L. Armstrong is the founder of Armstrong Law Center, LLC. Allan has been practising law since 1988 and is currently admitted to all the States and Federal Courts in Alabama.
He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 1988.
Allan L. Armstrong began his practice with a full Service law firm in Birmingham, Alabama. He practiced there for 7 years in the Business Litigation department.
In 1999, Allan joined a national law firm where he represented clients in national class actions and Multi-district litigation. During these years, Allan handled many multi-million dollar settlements and verdicts.
Thereafter, he co-founded a firm devoted to representing small businesses and consumers who were victims of injury resulting from violations of consumer protection laws.
Attorney Armstrong continues to represent clients in the areas of wage and hour issues and other matters arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
