In my 25 years of practicing law, I have handled a wide variety of cases. I have extensive experience in motor vehicle cases, slip and fall cases, Labor Law cases, nursing home negligence and medical malpractice claims.

I was the first attorney in New York State to receive a jury verdict award on behalf of an injured nursing home resident based on the New York Public Health Law.

I taught trial advocacy at a nationally acclaimed law school.I am admitted to practice in both New York and New Jersey, the Eastern, Southern, Western and Northern U.S. District Courts and the U.S. District Court of New Jersey.
