Allen Louis Schwenker is an attorney licensed to practice in the State of Washington. He has extensive experience with complex cases involving catastrophic personal injuries and wrongful death, premises liability, medical malpractice, and sexual abuse cases on both the plaintiff and defense side. He is familiar with the entire process of a case, handling matters from initial investigation of a complex case through discovery motions practice, mediation, trial, and appeals.
Allen earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a certificate in Forensic Studies from the University of Montana. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2016. During law school, Allen served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Judge James M. Triplet of the Spokane County Superior Court.
In that capacity, he had the invaluable opportunities of watching countless hearings and trials and researching and writing judicial opinions. Allen has an extensive understanding of how judicial opinions are formed and the ability to evaluate legal issues from multiple perspectives.
Prior to becoming a member of the Washington State Bar, Allen worked as a Legal Assistant in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, and civil rights. From his extensive work in both plaintiff and defense litigation firms, Allen has developed a strong work ethic, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. He values the needs of his clients above all else and is passionate about exceeding their expectations in every case.
Allen is a native of Spokane, Washington where he grew up hiking, camping, and golfing. In his spare time, Allen enjoys traveling to visit his family in Spokane, Northern Idaho, and Mexico. He lives in Bellevue and enjoys spending time golfing, hiking in the Cascade and Selkirk mountains, golfing, and spending time out on the water in Lake Washington and Puget Sound.
