Allison L. Laubach is an associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property Transactions Group, where she focuses on intellectual property and technology transactions across a wide variety of industries. She advises clients in drafting commercial agreements, including software and content licenses and professional services agreements.
Allison also counsels clients on various intellectual property matters, including website terms of use, data protection and privacy, and technology assignments and transfers.
Allison graduated from the Vanderbilt University School of Law. While in law school, she served as managing editor for the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment and Technology Lawand worked as a legal intern for the U.S. Attorney’s Office – Western District of North Carolina.
Prior to law school, Allison worked as an intern in the office of Congresswoman Wasserman Schultz. Allison earned a B.A. in Art in History from Duke University, where she graduated magna cum laude.
