Allysa Piché Hopson handles complex diligence management and tracking by working with attorneys throughout the firm’s U.S. and international offices as well as with local and foreign counsel. She remains closely involved in deal logistics through closing for both buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions.
Ms. Hopson has experience in leveraging technology to manage restructuring transactions involving hundreds of subsidiary entities as well as ESOP transactions. Her experiences to date have spanned the real estate, healthcare, professional services, retail, manufacturing, and private equity industries.
Apart from mergers and acquisitions, Ms. Hopson has experience in the real estate capital markets arena, specifically with defeasances, loans assumptions, and the purchase and sale of commercial mortgage loans and properties. She has extensive experience with reviewing real estate documentation, including recorded documents, title policies, and surveys.
Beyond her work at Bryan Cave, Ms. Hopson has a strong passion for and longstanding commitment to the arts and education. She is a board member for Synchronicity Theatre, an Atlanta-based and women-founded theatre that focuses on community engagement on difficult topics. In addition, Ms. Hopson serves the Atlanta area as an MIT Educational Counselor, conducting alumni interviews with prospective MIT applicants.
