Alyssa Morgan Worsham is an associate in the trademarks and advertising practice in the Seattle office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Her practice includes intellectual property litigation, intellectual property licensing and transactions, the enforcement of brands and domain names, the clearance and selection of trademarks, and trademark prosecution. She also advises clients on advertising issues, copyright protection, and privacy matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Alyssa was a commercial litigation and intellectual property associate at K&L Gates in Charleston, S.C. She also spent two years at Baker & McKenzie in Hanoi, Vietnam, where she advised many U.S. companies on foreign investment and telecommunications, privacy, and technology policies in the region. Prior to law school, she worked as a journalist in New York and Vietnam.
