
Alyssa M. Pazandak is an associate in the labor & employment department. Alyssa focuses her practice on employment litigation disputes, including defense of employers under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and state anti-discrimination laws.
Alyssa handles matters across a variety of industries, including retail, transportation, and healthcare. During law school, Alyssa served as a clerk at several notable firms throughout Texas, where she assisted in a wide array of litigation matters.
Alyssa’s background also includes working in the economics department of FTI Consulting, a global business advisory firm. As a consultant, she assisted in the preparation of damage models and expert reports in wage-and-hour cases and intellectual property disputes.
