Alyssa T. Yamamoto is an associate in the Litigation Department. Ms. Yamamoto joined Debevoise in 2018. She received her J.D. from Yale Law School in 2018, where she was a Herbert J. Hansell Fellow at the Center for Global Legal Challenges. She obtained an A.B. magna cum laude from Harvard College in 2012. Prior to law school, she worked as a researcher and engagement manager for the non-profits Partners In Health and Village Health Works respectively.
Ms. Yamamoto is the co-author of several articles, including “Yemen: Is the U.S. Breaking the Law,” Harvard National Security Journal (2018) and “Grassroots Philanthropy,” Social Research (2013). She is also a contributor to Reimagining Global Health (University of California Press 2013).
