Amanda L. Clairmont focuses on complex litigation and advises clients through all stages of the litigation process. She has prepared research memorandums, deposition outlines, and other documents as part of teams representing public and private companies in a variety of industries. Amanda was a Summer Associate at Mintz in 2017.
Amanda also maintains an active pro bono practice, and recently worked with a pro bono client on a Chapter 7 bankruptcy matter. Her previous immigration experience before joining Mintz has allowed her to assist on multiple immigration pro bono cases, spanning from asylum to naturalization issues.
While in law school, Amanda served as an article editor for the Suffolk University Law Review and volunteered with the Suffolk Law Innocence Clinic. She also spent a summer as a judicial intern at the Massachusetts Superior Court and worked during her third year of law school as an immigration law teaching assistant.
Prior to law school, Amanda was an estate planning and real estate paralegal at a Boston-area law firm.
