Amanda Elizabeth Peters

Amanda Elizabeth Peters is a LHWCA worker’s compensation attorney and employment discrimination attorney at Blue Water Legal. Her background in teaching and business allows Amanda to clearly explain complex legal and medical issues to her clients.

Amanda took a winding route to becoming an attorney.  She always understood she wanted to spend her career helping real people. After graduating from Eastern Washington University, summa cum laude, with a Bachelor’s degree in Music Performance, Amanda worked for a local bank with a strong emphasis in technology and communication.

She began working with longshoremen, boat builders, and defense contractors when she started to help her sister, Amie, as a paralegal. Amanda knew this was a great way for her to help people in a confusing and frustrating time in their lives.

Amanda graduated from Seattle University School of Law, with honors, while working at Blue Water Legal PLLC throughout her schooling. She is proud to have been able to build this practice and work with clients while learning the foundations of her new profession.
