Amanda P. Garger advises private and public companies, private equity funds and their portfolio companies on various corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, corporate governance and general business counseling.
Amanda has experience coordinating due diligence processes, as well as drafting and negotiating definitive documentation related to these matters.
In her securities practice, Amanda represents a variety of public company clients in connection with securities transactions and compliance matters, including ongoing reporting obligations under U.S. securities laws and regulations.
Amanda’s clients span a broad range of industries, including insurance, real estate and fashion. Amanda currently sits on the board of the Philadelphia chapter of Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), where she is a Board Observer.
